I wanted to drop a quick note of appreciation for the work of Logan Roberts from your office. We installed a 3’ x 6’ digital message board for our Subway Restaurant in Auburn, NY a few months back. Logan has helped immeasurably in expediting the understandable learning curve that we had to work through in gaining proficiency with this wonderful new apparatus. It was a considerable investment, and if not utilized to its full potential, represents “money being left on the table.” Logan has fielded several phone calls that have been invaluable as we have gained familiarity with our message board. On each occasion, without fail, Logan has been articulate and patient with my team and I and has offered innovative and creative suggestions that we have utilized in the development of our playlists. We have gained confidence on are beginning to realize the great assist this item can be to our marketing communication efforts. We are just scratching the surface to how we can use our message board, and its efficacy has shown in an increasing trend line for sales performance at this location. Excellent customer service needs to be noted and praised. Accordingly, my team and I want to send sincere thanks to Logan for his above and beyond customer service that has been so helpful to all of us in our small company.

It’s the best-looking billboard in the tri-state area. As soon as our billboard went up, a neighbor down the highway redid theirs. I don’t think anything is coincidental. I think they probably thought theirs looked pretty dull in comparison to ours.

Our new Cirrus sign makes sharing digital art and events so much easier. It really helps us get the word out to people of all the things they can do or see when visiting Manchester that they might not otherwise be aware of.
